Profile:
Allan coached and managed for a few years in the Embrun Minor Hockey Association before becoming General Manager of the Embrun 72's in 1996. That year the team won both the Eastern Ontario Junior “C” Hockey League Regular Season and Playoff Championships. Allan then spent three years scouting for the Gloucester Rangers of the CJHL before joining the Nepean Raiders where he spent an additional three years and was part of the team that won the CJHL Playoff Championship in 2003. In 2009, he joined the Hawkesbury Hawks organization, again as a scout. Since October 2000, Allan has been the Eastern Ontario/Western Quebec regional scout for the Moncton Wildcats of the QMJHL. In 2006, the Wildcats finished first in the Regular Season and went on to win the QMJHL Playoff Championship.
