Latest CJHL Rankings Put CP #1 & OJS #4

Ottawa, Ontario – A nice week for CCHL teams as both the Carleton Place Canadians and the Ottawa Juniors Senators move up in the CJHL rankings to 1st and 4th respectively.

The Carleton Place Canadians had put together a week where they lost against the Hawkesbury Hawks in overtime, 2-1, and they beat the Kanata Lasers in overtime as well, 4-3. Carleton Place is firmly in the top spot of the Robinson division as we cross the halfway point in the season.

The Ottawa Junior Senators had to use a couple of extra periods this past week with one of them ending up being a shootout loss. The Junior Sens though have looked good in the month of January so far and remain on top of the Yzerman and will look to move up even more in the CJHL Rankings with their next game against the Hawkesbury Hawks.
