Ottawa bounces back with a 4-0 win over Smiths Falls

Smiths Falls, Ontario – The Ottawa Jr. Senators (19-8-2) defeated the Smiths Falls Bears (10-11-8) 4-0 on Friday night at the Smiths Falls Memorial.

Francis Boisvert made 29 saves for his second shutout of the season and his seventh shutout of his career. The total shot count was 43-29 in favor of Ottawa

The Jr. Senators now lead the season series over the Bears 2-1.

Elie Boulerice had a two-point night (1G/1A) while Piche, Toppa and Manderville had the other goals. Manderville extends his point streak to four-games.

The Jr. Senators next game is Saturday December 1st, 2018 when they host the Smiths Falls Bears for the second of their home-and-home series.
