OTTAWA, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League announced its Gongshow Gear Three Stars of the Month for November on Thursday, with Jr. Senators captain Thomas Freel being named 2nd Star of the Month
The 2001 born Ottawa, ON native, totaled 15 points (12G, 3A) in 10 November games, earning 1st-star honours twice, 2nd-star honours once, and 3rd-star honours once. He had a 3-point (2G, 1A) effort Vs Brockville and a hat-trick performance Vs Nepean. Freel sits 4th overall in CCHL scoring with 31 points (16G, 15A) in 23 games.
Earlier this week, Freel was named an honourable mention for Player of the Week and Performer of the Month. He is riding a five-game goal streak and has 10 goals in his last 12.
