Philippe Jacques named Week 5 CCM CCHL Player of the Week Honourable Mention

Ottawa, ON – The CCHL announced on Tuesday, the Week 5 CCM Player of the Week, with Jr. Senators forward Philippe Jacques being named an honourable mention for his performance.

The Quebéc City native tallied four points (two goals, two assists) in the Jr. Senators’ lone game in Smiths Falls last weekend. Jacques is now up to nine goals and six assists in 10 games so far this season. He ranks fifth in the league in scoring and leads the way with five powerplay goals.

Acquired in a trade from the Powell River Kings this past summer, Jacques has been held without a point only four times this season.
