Simon Isabelle named CCHL week 6 Player of the Week

Ottawa, ON – The Central Canada Hockey League announced Simon Isabelle as the Week 6 CCM Player of the Week this afternoon.

The 20-year-old totaled 6 points (3G, 3A) in three games of action this past week.  The RIT commit posted three straight 2-point (1G, 1A) games where he was named 1st star in both of the Junior Senators victories Wednesday at home to Rockland and in Carleton Place on Sunday while being named 2nd star in Friday’s loss to Hawkesbury.

The Whitehorse, Yukon native leads the entire CCHL with 23 points (9G, 14A) in 13 games of action. Isabelle is also riding a six-game point streak (6G, 6A) and has only been held without a point once this season.
